Bad Yogi Open Mat Challenge

A few months ago I was lucky enough to be involved in the Bad Yogi Open Mat Challenge. If you don't know Bad Yogi, it's an amazing community of online yoga. I've been flowing online with Erin Motz the co-founder of Bad Yogi, for years now and I love her ethos! She offers yoga in a non-intimidating way. And if you know anything about my yoga journey, you'll know how much that means to me. So late last year, when Erin presented an opportunity to teachers in the community to film our own classes for Bad Yogi, I jumped at the chance! As terrifying as it was to put myself in front of a camera for the first time, I had so much fun. From planning, filming to editing the videos. I loved every aspect of it. It wasn't easy, and I have the hours of bloopers to prove it. Eventually, I got into my groove and managed to produce 3 short classes. A huge thank you to Erin and the team at Bad Yogi for creating this community and the opportunity to try something new. Come join me and the other super awesome teachers for some online yoga.

Join Me on the Mat!

Yoga For When you Need a Hug

A slower-paced class focusing on the breath and moving the whole body gently. Great for days when you're tired or lacking motivation and want a gentle class to help you feel better. Like you've just had a hug!

It's All About Balance

A little over 15-minute class focused on standing balances. A great playful class aimed at getting you out of your head, letting go of expectations, and learning to play again. Embracing all the wobbles without any judgment.

Quick Core Yoga

A short class focused on activating the core and warming up the body, by moving slowly and mindfully. Even though it's slower-paced you will still feel it! A great class for days when you want to feel like you've worked but are short on time.

I hope you enjoy these classes! I love to hear your feedback and see your practices. Tag me over on Instagram, #yogabynowjess and let me know if this is something you'd like to see more of :)

Cheers, Jess
